HIH har ei tverrfagleg og heilskapleg tilnærming. Uansett om plagene er av fysisk eller psykisk art, er det avgjerande med støtte i endringsprosessen. Me nyttar anerkjente psykologiske metodar for å lukkast med endring i gruppene, og spesialtrent helsepersonell tek del. Samtidig er det pasienten sjølv som har den viktigaste kompetansen, – me skal hjelpa deg med å nå DINE mål.

Behandlinga ved HiH er eit samarbeid med Helse Bergen og ein del av prosjektet “Utvikling av smarte helseløysingar” Dette er eit forskingsprosjekt, og både behandling og opphald blir dekka av det offentlege. Me tek imot pasientar frå heile landet.
